As a Health Coach, my role is to help you uncover your own wisdom and empower you to make informed decisions about your health. Bi-Aura Therapy
Bi-Aura healing is an advanced form of bio energy therapy.
Working with your Chakras and life force energy it is a natural therapy that is safe and gentle for all.
Remaining clothed throughout the session, with minimal touch, this wonderful treatment facilitates the body's own natural healing process for emotional and physical wellness.
Reiki
Reiki is a form of healing through universal energy.
It is a complimentary therapy that can help with emotional and physical wellbeing.
A relaxing treatment over clothing, with either hands on or hands above the body.
Massage
Massage has been around for thousands of years.
It can help to stimulate, rejuvenate, relax, soothe aches and pains, increase blood flow around the body providing nutrients to the skin and aiding the release of tension and toxins, bringing you back to wellness.
We provide Swedish, Lymphatic, Aromatherapy and Indian Head massage.

Who am I?
Hello, my name is Jane. I first became interested in holistic therapy when I trained at Brunel College in Bristol.
I qualified in Beauty Therapy NVQ Levels 1, 2, and 3 in 1996, and that same year, I also received an IIHHT Diploma in Aromatherapy.
In 2005, I received an IIHHT Level 3 Diploma in Indian Head Massage.
Furthering my training, I completed my First Degree in Reiki in 2021, my Second Degree in Reiki in February 2022, and my Third Degree in Reiki in February 2024.
I received my Bio-Energy Therapy Diploma from Bi-Aura International in May 2024; it is a wonderful modality of energetic healing.
Forever thirsty for knowledge, I have most recently qualified as a Certified CNM Health Coach
